The PathWise Process: Our Instructional Design Approach

PathWise Solutions assumed development leadership to optimize and scale go2HR’s complex digital presence, shifting them toward a reliable, highly flexible modern web structure.

Step 1: Strategic Analysis & Alignment

Our initial business analysis targeted severe scalability limitations tied to an aging Drupal platform. We stepped in to resolve complex, uncompleted custom programming challenges and structural limitations that had previously stalled the project’s launch.

We formulated a phase-based rollout strategy, mapping a comprehensive system migration to WordPress to establish a reliable baseline product before safely deploying targeted feature enhancements over time.

Step 2: Creative Design & Development

Our development team engineered highly interactive web applications to maximize revenue and sector utility. This included an interactive provincial training map, custom WooCommerce integration, and an advanced commercial Job Board boasting premium paid advertisement tiers.

Concurrently, our instructional designers built highly engaging, compliant training courses (such as the Special Events Server and COR Auditor modules). These programs feature gamification elements like challenges, badges, on-brand animations, trackable certification paths, and video exercises addressing cannabis regulations and service diversity.

Step 3: Interactive Implementation

We focused on enabling operators to safely review their own performance and keep learning materials aligned with changing legal requirements.

Active Collaboration: We utilized Formidable Forms to code a bespoke Health and Safety Self-Audit Tool directly into the core portal environment, allowing tourism businesses to actively evaluate their internal operations. Backed by our ongoing maintenance plans, we continue to manage server architecture and systematically refresh course curricula to guarantee real-world accuracy.
