Transform your training culture with engaging eLearning development

From simple, text-based courses to fully immersive learning experiences with custom illustrations and animations, successful eLearning development brings your training to life.

eLearning development is the art of combining innovative technology, engaging visuals, and learner-focused design to create training that truly resonates. We transform static content into dynamic, interactive experiences tailored to your audience’s needs, ensuring that every learner feels supported and empowered to apply their new knowledge. This is where our creativity and technical expertise shine; from initial mood boards and prototypes to scalable, bespoke solutions, we work closely with you to build courses that reflect your vision. Whether you require rapid microlearning or a comprehensive, fully narrated journey, we guide you every step of the way to ensure your training exceeds expectations and honors the learner’s experience.

How PathWise Solutions Stands Out in eLearning Development

Step One

Concept and Design Planning

We start with your branding guidelines.
We weigh in your visual preferences and instructional design approaches chosen to help your learners achieve training goals.
We create a clear visual direction and interactive roadmap for your course.

You will receive several mood boards showcasing design styles, colour palettes, and layouts. This step ends with your sign-off of your preferred options.

Step TWO

Prototyping Bridges Design and Development

Based on the information gathered in the 1st step,

We develop a short prototype of key deliverables (e.g. interactive video, animation, eLearning Module) to demonstrate the design and interactivity that’ll be used throughout the course.
We refine the prototype based on your feedback to finalize the look and feel of the deliverables.
We test UX and ensure accessibility and compatibility across devices and platforms.

You will receive a finalized version showcasing the actual look and feel of your training, giving you a complete understanding of what to expect from the remaining deliverables. This step concludes with your approval of the prototype.

Step THREE

Collaborative Course Development and Final Delivery

Based on the approved approved prototype,

We develop the remaining eLearning modules, incorporating all narration, animation, and interactivity.
We conduct internal quality assurance and a web accessibility review to ensure bespoke training that meets industry standards and aligns with your organizational goals.
We publish the final approved modules in your required format.

You will receive fully developed eLearning modules, initiating an iterative feedback process that continues until you are satisfied and ready to sign off on the course for delivery. This step may also include deploying your training to your Learning Management System, along with transferring all content, media assets, and deliverables to you.
