The PathWise Process: Our Instructional Design Approach

A flexible hybrid framework designed to transition learners from foundational theory to real-world field readiness.

Step 1: Strategic Analysis & Alignment

Our process began with extensive consultations to architect a sustainable 10-week hybrid schedule. We strategically balanced asynchronous, self-paced study with real-time instructional checkpoints.

We focused on structuring a balanced delivery model, releasing two modules each week alongside two live interactive sessions to anchor core learning objectives and review assignments.

Step 2: Creative Design & Development

Our team engineered 22 interactive, self-paced modules using Articulate Rise, embedding custom graphics, rich imagery, and professional audio narration.

To bridge the gap between live instruction and independent study, we developed custom narrated video presentations that delivered foundational concepts as seamlessly as a live classroom instructor.

Step 3: Interactive Implementation

We maximized learner engagement by integrating collaborative web tools directly into the Learning Management System environment.

Active Collaboration: By leveraging applications like Padlet, we enabled students to dynamically share text, images, and video, fostering direct peer-to-peer interaction and immediate instructor feedback.

Project Outcomes

Delivering an effective model for hybrid learning that cleanly balances academic structure with professional flexibility.

Proved a repeatable blended learning framework that successfully merges the convenience of digital modules with the accountability of live classrooms.
Established a scalable training solution that the client will deliver multiple times a year, with immediate plans to expand to workforces globally.
Strengthened the partnership between PathWise and NRTG to continue co-developing a broader catalog of specialized training courses.
